Operations Platform

One QR per door, any job behind it

A resident, guest or visitor scans the QR with their phone; they report a fault, check in, fill a survey. The request becomes a task and you track it.

Ropilink is an operations platform that places a QR code at every point in the field and attaches a workflow behind it. Facility management, hotels, visitor registration, satisfaction surveys and field maintenance all run in the same system. Whoever scans does not need an account; the location comes from the QR. Each request becomes a task assigned to the right operator.

HotelsThose wanting service, cleaning and surveys behind one in-room QR
Visitor-heavy officesThose needing reception-free check-in with consent

How it works

Three steps, no technical detail.

Set up your locations once

Enter blocks, floors, units or rooms; a QR is generated for each.

Stick the QR on

Choose a flow from the ready catalogue behind it: fault, check-in, survey, maintenance form.

A request arrives and becomes a task

The location is known from the QR; an operator is assigned and the person follows the status.

QR scans across the week

QR scans across the week sample data · not real customer data

When the QRs in the field are actually scanned. Facility management peaks at the weekend, hotels on check-in days, and operator planning follows this distribution. Scans and transactions are metered separately, and pricing follows the same axis.

What you get

No more requests by phone

The "which apartment?" question disappears; the location is in the QR.

One system, many jobs

Faults, visitors, surveys, maintenance — no separate tools to buy.

Nobody has to create an account

Whoever scans fills the form and verifies by SMS code if needed. No sign-up required.

Before and after

Process change before and after
Before
  • A separate tool and a separate setup for every vertical
  • The same person is re-entered in every system
  • Requests arrive by phone with the location described verbally
  • There is no way to follow what happened to a request
  • Paper forms and a wet-signature archive
After
  • One engine with verticals added as modules
  • One tenant-wide person pool
  • The location comes from the QR and is never asked
  • A response becomes a task and is tracked
  • Form, consent and signature live inside the flow

Frequently asked questions

Do residents or guests need to install an app?

No. The QR is scanned with the phone camera and opens in the browser. There is no app to install and no sign-up.

Can I put more than one job behind a single QR?

Yes. With a flow menu one QR opens a menu: in a hotel room, for example, room service, fault report, cleaning and survey are all chosen from the same QR.

Can it collect consent and signatures?

Yes. A consent text, checkbox and finger-signature step can be added to the flow; which version of which text was accepted is recorded.

What does it cost?

A monthly subscription. QRs, forms and flows are unlimited; what you pay for is the monthly volume of transactions and scans. You can try it free for 14 days.

Plans

Setup and support are included in every plan. Ask for a quote for pricing. Monthly subscription — setup is unlimited, what is metered is monthly transactions and scans.

Process 6 steps
  1. Administrator

The location hierarchy is set up

Units can be generated in bulk, each with its own QR
  2. Administrator

The template comes from the centre while the tenant manages its operational content
  3. Visitor / resident

Design decisions 3 notes
  1. Visitors are never asked to sign up

Whoever scans a QR is not asked for an account; the flow runs anonymously and verifies with OTP only where needed. Requiring sign-up would lose most field scanners on the very first screen.

  2. The location comes from the QR

The QR stuck on a unit already carries which apartment, room or machine it is. Not asking shortens the form and removes wrongly reported locations altogether.

  3. Templates at the centre, content in the tenant

Ready-made flows are versioned and published centrally; a tenant adopts a template and manages its own form, wording and consent version. That keeps the catalog updatable while leaving the customer in control of their content.
