The B2C E-Commerce & Order Platform is an online store and order-tracking system for businesses selling to end customers. Product catalogue, membership, online payment and courier connection come ready. It also supports services where an item is collected from the customer and returned after processing; every parcel matches its order automatically.

How it works

Three steps, no technical detail.

The customer orders

They choose a product or service and pay by card. A barcode is created at once.

The courier collects or delivers

For a product sale the parcel goes out; for a service the courier collects the item.

The customer follows the stage

The parcel matches by barcode; "where is it?" is answered on the panel.

What you get

Reach beyond the shop's neighbourhood

With door-to-door pickup and delivery you serve out of town too.

Parcels never get mixed up

The barcode says whose parcel it is; there is no manual matching.

Fewer "where is it?" questions

The customer sees the stage themselves; calls and messages drop.

Before and after

Process change before and after
Before
  • Sales and service requests arrive through separate channels
  • Customers call to ask what stage their order is at
  • Incoming parcels are matched by hand
  • Reach is limited to the area around the store
After
  • Product and service orders share one flow
  • The stage is visible in the customer panel
  • Parcels match automatically by barcode
  • Door-to-door pickup and delivery widen the reach

Design decisions 3 notes
  1. The barcode is produced with the order

The label is generated at order time rather than at dispatch, so a parcel's owner is never ambiguous on arrival.

  2. Stages are simplified for the customer

Detailed internal steps collapse into a few headings for the customer — informative without being confusing.

  3. The comparison table sits on the product page

Technical buyers compare specs first, so the table belongs at the decision point rather than on a separate page.
