Can we set the scoring criteria ourselves?

Yes. Your institution decides how many points each criterion carries. Once a term starts the criteria are locked, so everyone is assessed by the same rule.

Does the system make the decision itself?

No. The system scores and ranks; the committee decides. The committee must record a reason.

Can several foundations share one system?

Yes, on the enterprise plan. Each institution's data is fully separate; none can see another's applications.

What does it cost?

An annual licence per institution, tiered by the number of applications per term. Tell us roughly how many you receive and we will send a quote.

    The automatic score does not bind the committee; a mandatory reasoning field guarantees the decision stays auditable.

  2. A missing document does not void the application

    The application is saved and the student is told what is missing, preventing lost half-finished applications.

  3. Criteria weights are defined per institution

    Because every foundation's policy differs, the scoring engine is not fixed; income, achievement and need weights are set from the panel and become locked once the term closes.
